Shipping
We know how excited you are about your order, that's why our orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days! We also offer in-store pick ups, high five!
Orders are packed and shipped at our Napanee, Ontario location. We use Canpar, Loomis Express, Purolator, GLS and Canada Post to ship out orders. If you have a P.O box or require Canada Post as a shipping method, please specify this in the order message during checkout. Shipping can take anywhere from 6-14 business days depending on location. We will email you a tracking number once your order is shipped, if you don't receive an email, please check your junk mail.
Starlet is NOT responsible for delays with shipping, international duties, customs charges, or products that are lost or damaged in the mail (courier will be responsible once the package is shipped). Customer is responsible for duties and taxes. Shipping charges, duties and taxes are non-refundable. Orders over $150 may require a signature upon delivery.
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly. Starlet is not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. A separate shipping charge will be required to re-ship the package if the courier returns it to us for any reason.
We are unable to ship internationally, we are currently only able to ship within Canada and to the United States of America.
