We offer exchange or store credit on any unworn/defective merchandise by mail or in person within 30 days of the order shipment date. All merchandise must be in new* condition accompanied by receipt for proof of purchase in original packaging. All SALE items are final sale and non-refundable. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
*"New and unused" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item, there are no signs of wear on the product, and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept an exchange of any item with any indication that it has been used.
Shipping & Duty
We know how excited you are about your order, that's why our orders are shipped out within 1-2 days of ordering! We also offer in-store pick ups, high five!
Standard shipping takes anywhere from 6-10 business days depending on location.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Customer must fully insure return parcel and provide a tracking number.
Starlet cannot refund international duties and taxes.
Starlet cannot accept liability for shipping loss or damage of return goods. We cannot assume responsibility for reimbursement of parcels without proof of delivery to Starlet.
Starlet reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with policy.
How do I process an exchange?
We will gladly exchange your purchase for another product or store credit. Online orders can be exchanged via mail or in person at our store located in beautiful downtown Napanee! Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and follow our return instructions to send back your purchase.
How do I know if my order has shipped?
We will send an order confirmation to you via email.
