Exchange Policy
Here at Starlet, we are committed to making you feel like, well, a starlet! That's why we offer online exchanges by mail or in person. Hurray for options!
For online orders, we offer exchanges or store credit by mail or in person at either store location within 30 days of the order shipment date. We do not offer refunds.
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, merchandise must be in new* condition, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with a receipt as proof of purchase.
*"New and unused" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item, there are no signs of wear on the product, and the product must not have been sized, altered or laundered in any way. We cannot accept an exchange of any item with any indication that it has been used.
No refunds.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. All sale items are final sale and non-refundable.
How To Exchange An Online Order
Online orders can be exchanged for another product or store credit within 30 days of the order shipment date, either by mail or in person at either of our store locations. To start a return, email hello@starlet.ca with your order number. We’ll provide you with instructions for sending your purchase back.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with an exchange. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Customers must fully insure return parcels and provide a tracking number.
- Starlet cannot refund duties, taxes, or shipping costs.
- Starlet is not responsible for return parcels that are lost or damaged in transit. Customers are responsible for ensuring their return parcel is properly packaged, insured, and tracked. For mailed exchanges, a tracking number showing delivery to Starlet is required.
- Starlet reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with our return policy.
